Frieda Lawerence Cabin

A friend of the original homesteader — her letters to D.H. Lawrence's publishers turned up in the attic — Frieda once drank her coffee and picked up her mail right here. In the quiet, you might still hear an echo of her and D.H.'s exchanges by the campfire, or on the walk to the old spring at nearby Timber Canyon.

This furnished 325 sq ft efficiency originally served as sheepherder's lodging at the turn of the last century. It now has a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a bath and shower, a queen bed, and a wood-fire stove. Please note this cabin is part of a duplex.
